The Challenge

Accessa implemented a premium resort bike rental station with 40 beach cruisers and 15 e-bikes at the resort's main recreation pavilion. Guests browse availability and reserve via the resort's app or in-room tablets, with automatic room charge billing. The tourism bike share system includes suggested trail routes, restaurant recommendations, and sunset ride packages with picnic add-ons. GPS tracking enables geofenced area boundaries and real-time fleet visibility. Concierge staff can pre-stage reserved bikes for VIP guests.
